Comfortable bed and well-stocked kitchen.
Our first unit was right next to the parking lot, which was frustrating since we had little privacy. Initially, the front desk staff seemed indifferent when we raised this issue. After some persistence, we finally got moved to a more suitable unit, but getting to that point felt unnecessary and stressful.

absolutely unimpressed. first, my initial room was basically next to the parking lot! could have used a little privacy, don’t you think? the front desk was indifferent to that, and they clearly need to update their kitchen appliances for some reason. almost left a good review but just couldn’t, sigh.

the carpet was a bit dirty (yikes! ) but the pool area was very clean and well maintained, the unit had a great location for hiking, and the staff was super friendly and helpful (thanks, Ross! ).

The one-bedroom unit was spacious and equipped with a full kitchen, making meal prep easy. Enjoying the clean swimming pool and quiet surroundings was a highlight, especially after spending the day hiking nearby. However, the air conditioning struggled to function properly, leading to an unpleasant dripping issue that required careful navigation. Additionally, limited housekeeping during our six-night stay left the carpet feeling neglected and stained.

Stunning views of Catalina Mountains, Spacious one-bedroom unit, Availability of discount coupons for local attractions
Outdated kitchen appliances could really use an upgrade!!! Lack of elevators for upper floor units makes hauling luggage a nightmare!!! Noise from plumbing disrupts sleep endlessly, why not invest in soundproofing?

It was a great fit for a quick break in Oro Valley with value for price. The staff tried to help when I needed a little extra assistance with my luggage. Make sure to ask for a room away from the parking lot for more privacy.

Amazing Amenities and Quiet Retreat
We enjoyed a fantastic six-night stay in a two-bedroom apartment, which was incredibly spacious and equipped with a full kitchen that had everything we needed for cooking. The property features multiple hot tubs and a clean pool area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the local hiking spots. However, I did notice the carpet could use a deep clean as it had some stains, which detracted a bit from the overall experience.

We really enjoyed our spacious one-bedroom apartment that had a well-appointed kitchen, making it easy to cook meals. The pool area was clean and provided a relaxing vibe, and we appreciated the additional amenities like extra towels and a washer and dryer in the unit. The parking was also convenient, with a roof over it that kept our car cooler in the hot sun.
Some noise from the A/C unit outside the bedroom.
